in a Pony Division game. A three-run first inning staked the Giants
to a 3-0 lead. Tim Giles and Joe Snyder singled, and Brodie
Christman followed with a two-run double.

A three-run first inning staked the Giants to a 3-0 lead. Tim Giles and Joe Snyder singled, and Brodie Christman followed with a two-run double.

The Tigers scored in the fourth inning with an RBI single from Seth Gregory.

Later in the game, the Giants got key hits by Jesse Torralba and Snyder. Kyle Luscher doubled and Tim Giles and Kolby Nelson had triples.

Key hits for the Tigers were by Nick Pusateri with a base hit, Gregory and Richie Martinez with a double each.

Christman was solid on the mound for the Giants, allowing one run in five innings. Snyder came in to close.

Morgan Hill – In the bumper division of the Saturday Junior League, Ben Donn took high game and high series this week. Donn bowled a 104 high game and threw a total of 40 POA (pins over average), ending with a 206 series.

Andrew Bauer was also bowling well, rolling a total of 36 POA for a 142 series. Other highlights were Dominick Padilla, 91/178; Damon Padilla, 84/165; Christain Duran, 80/145; and Ariel Shelly 65/125.

In the junior division, Heather Johnson grabbed the high game and high series, rolling a total of 51 POA, ending with a 163/438. Jesse Figueroa took the second place spots with his 140/419 scores.

Other POA highlights were Tom Wada, +32 pins 88/227, and Ben Rusch +22 pins 88/241. Michael Liensdorf rolled 13 POA for a 72 game and Kevin Hartman bowled 11 POA for a 111 game.
