- Britton Middle School, West Central Avenue, 1:46pm. School officials reported three female students stole jewelry and other personal items from other students’ lockers.
Fraud
- Comcast, Madrone Parkway, 1:54pm. An employee reported someone is using their corporate credit card to make charges.
Vandalism
- In-N-Out Burger restaurant, Cochrane Road, 10:11pm. An employee reported “tagging” on the walls of the business.

Vandalism
- Village Avante Apartment Homes, Cosmo Avenue, 2:34am. A resident reported someone threw a rock through her window.
Auto burglary
- Birch Way, 3:59am. A Ford Expedition was broken into overnight. A window of the vehicle was shattered.
Identity theft
- Malaguerra Avenue, 5:59pm. A resident reported her son-in-law stole her identity and took all of her money.
May 21
Vandalism
- La Alameda, 9:42am. A resident reported his vehicle was vandalized overnight, and his ex-girlfriend left a note confessing that she did it.
Identity theft
- Darnis Circle, 3:21pm. A resident reported fraudulent checks were written on their personal account and business account.
Threats
- Vineyard Town Center, 4:25pm. A Morgan Hill resident reported he accidentally sent an e-mail to the wrong address, and now the person who received the e-mail has been threatening him.

Stolen vehiclr
- Walnut Grove Drive, 3:37pm. A Chevy Silverado was reported stolen.

Petty theft
- P.A. Walsh School, West Main Avenue, 5:16pm. A purse was stolen from one of the classrooms while the owner was teaching in the classroom.
Vandalism
- Nob Hill Terrace Apartments, Nob Hill Terrace, 11:44pm. A resident reported someone was knocking on his door, then hit one of the windows with his hand and broke the window. The resident told police “if he sees the subject he is going to kill him.”
May 23
Burglary
- Cantor Drive, 3:21pm. A resident reported someone broke a downstairs window to enter the vacant residence overnight. Though the resident moved out the week before, there were still personal items inside including jewelry and cash.
Petty theft
- Keith Way, 3:26pm. A resident reported he had a friend at the residence the day before, and he caught the friend trying to steal something from his backpack. After the friend left, the resident discovered the friend had stolen a GameCube game system.

Hacienda Restaurant, Monterey Road, 6:16pm. A resident reported his bike was stolen while he was visiting friends at the restaurant.

Auto burglary
- Cochrane Village Apartments, Butterfield Boulevard, 12:57pm. A resident reported someone broke into a Honda Civic and stole a stereo, amplifier and woofers from the vehicle.
Theft
- Radio Shack, Tennant Station shopping center, 7:20pm. An employee reported a stereo system was stolen from the store.
May 25
Stolen vehicle
- East Edmundson Avenue, 7:23am. A resident reported her Suzuki Firenza was stolen from the driveway of the residence overnight.
Grand theft
- Fairway Court, 8:55am. A resident reported he fired a contractor who was doing work for him, but the contractor keeps returning to the property. He said on Tuesday, the other workers saw the fired contractor come onto the property and steal tools and enter an unlocked shed and steal equipment. Total loss is estimated to be $800.
