  • Britton Middle School, West Central Avenue, 8:38 a.m. A student reported several items were stolen from his backpack, and someone broke into his locker.

  • Royal Court Apartments, Monterey Road, 1:17 p.m. A resident reported her ex-boyfriend stole her cell phone.

Identity theft

  • Via Loma, 1:38 p.m. A resident reported someone ordered credit cards in her name.

Threats

  • Central High School, Monterey Road, 4:30 p.m. A school official reported a student threatened a teacher on Nov. 15.

Nov. 20

Petty theft

  • Marcia Drive, 5:54 a.m. A resident reported a laptop, a passport, credit cards and a wedding ring were stolen.

Auto burglary

  • East Fifth Street, 9:01 a.m. A resident reported a $400 diamond ring was stolen from the glove box of her Toyota overnight.

Battery

  • Technology Drive, 4:49 p.m. A customer reported he was assaulted by a taxi driver during a dispute over the fare. He told police he tried to grab his cell phone from the driver, and the driver rolled up the window on his arm, shattering the window and cutting his arm.

Nov. 21

Burglary

  • Just Breakfast, Monterey Road, 5:42 a.m. The restaurant was broken into overnight. A window was shattered, and the cash register was stolen.

Auto burglary

  • Holiday Inn Express, Condit Road, 11:36 p.m. A truck parked at the hotel was broken into. Luggage and other items were stolen, and a window was broken.

Nov. 23

Burglary

  • Arguello Court, 3:29 p.m. A maintenance person reported that three model homes in the development were broken into.

Petty theft

  • Safeway grocery store, Tennant Station shopping center. A suspect stole motor oil and antifreeze from the store.

Vandalism

  • Burnett Avenue, 8:23 p.m. The laundry room door at the mobile home park was apparently kicked in. The door frame and the lock were damaged.

Nov. 24

Fraud

  • Nob Hill Terrace, 1:36 p.m. A resident reported his estranged wife stole a book of checks from him and now she is writing checks to herself and cashing them.

Nov. 25

Petty theft

  • Grand Prix Way, 12:06 p.m. A resident reported his mailbox and his neighbor’s mailbox were stolen.
