Alcohol Legislation: Committee will take action to support Assemblyman Jim Beall’s proposed legislation to force stores to clearly separate alcoholic beverages from non-alcoholic drinks. The legislation would also require colorful, sweet beverages some critics call “alcopops” to carry prominent alcohol warning labels.
