Morgan Hill – Affordable Roofing has moved from Gilroy to a Morgan Hill 4,200-square feet office building at 16495 Vineyard Blvd.
The company’s owners, Richard and Pamela Garcia, had an open house May 24 followed by a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the ocassion. Those in attendance included customers, friends and members of the Morgan Hill Chamber of Commerce.
The Garcias started the business out of their Gilroy home at 1910 Day Road more than 12 years ago. The company provides services related to real estate inspection and repair, gutters, energy efficiency, Low-E insulation-radiant barrier, solar attic fans, sun tunnels and reflective coatings.
