The Morgan Hill Chamber of Commerce and Centennial Recreation Center will present the first annual Health and Wellness Fair and Resources for the sandwich generation April 14, 10am to 3pm, at the Centennial Recreation Center.
The event coincides with national YMCA Healthy Kids Day on April 14.
Every aspect of living a healthy lifestyle, along with resources for those who are caring for elder and younger family members, will be featured.
Exhibitor and sponsorship opportunities are available.
Laura Brunton, Morgan Hill Chamber of Commerce 2007 chairwoman of the board, said fair sponsors are planning for more than 110 exhibitors, informative presentations throughout the day, health screenings, and fun activities for children.
