The Quail Canyon Inn was one of the last great bars and hangouts. The people are like family – we would go up to talk, visit and have a barbecue. Every Sunday there were great beans served. I have never seen a fight or anybody even talk bad. I loved to go up and just look over the lake and enjoy the area and the people. The article was very one-sided about the Quail’s reputation. Talk to people that hang out there and get the real story.
