$233,000 plus was paid to fend off the lawsuit
–that–never–was by the former city attorney.
I, too, have little regard for the individuals who “handled” this ludicrous situation. I am very upset that this city would so flagrantly mismanage our tax dollars. This cannot, in any way, be justified. The individuals involved took it upon themselves to act with poor judgement and are therefore responsible to pay from their OWN pockets.
