Amy L. Boehme died May 15, 2005, at Santa Teresa Hospital in San Jose. She was 74.
Born in Superior, Wisc., she and her husband, John Boehme, were married in Duluth, Minn., in 1953. They moved to Gilroy from Duluth more than 40 years ago. She and her husband owned and operated A&J Machine Shop in Morgan Hill for nearly 30 years.
She is survived by her husband, John Boehme of Gilroy; children Frank Briar of Virginia, Amy Crouse of Gilroy, Maryann Penyacsek of Gilroy and Timothy John Boehme of Newark; brothers and sister, Henry Burgraff of Iowa, Calvin Burgraff of Wisconsin and Doris Correlle of Superior, Wisc.; grandchildren Jacqueline Penyacsek, Jeannette Penyacsek, Michael Penyacsek, Matthew Penyacsek and Mark Penyacsek; and great-grandchildren Ava Caudillo, Athena Reyna and R.J. Mooney.
Interment was May 19, Calvary Cemetery in Hollister.
Black Cooper Sander Funeral Home in Hollister handled arrangements.
