Live Oak High rugby club players Dustin Muhn and Mark Pimentel
have been placed in the player pool for the Under-19 U.S. national
team for their strong performances at the Pacific Coast
Invitational Rugby Tournament at Stanford University May 14-15. The
player pool is used to select players to represent the U.S. in the
U19 World Championships.
Live Oak High rugby club players Dustin Muhn and Mark Pimentel have been placed in the player pool for the Under-19 U.S. national team for their strong performances at the Pacific Coast Invitational Rugby Tournament at Stanford University May 14-15. The player pool is used to select players to represent the U.S. in the U19 World Championships. If they make the team, Muhn, a junior wing/fullback, and Pimentel, a junior flanker, will be eligible for the 2006 U19 World Championships. Both players earned all-tourney honors at Stanford, and Muhn was named Most Valuable Back.
