For decades I have gone up and down the West Coast and always made a point of stopping a couple of days more in Morgan Hill as I found it an interesting, pretty city.

Now 82 and retired four years ago, I still stop in Morgan Hill on my trip each fall from Washington state to El Centro and return each spring as I am doing now.

I never wrote a letter to an editor before about any place I have visited but a positive experience in Morgan Hill prompted this one. I slowly drove down your very attractive main street, in the older part of town, looking for a place to park for a pizza. I found both at the same spot.

Quin’s Restaurant was clean and attractive. I ordered a custom-made pizza as did the misses. It was the best pizza I have ever had. The staff were courteous, friendly and efficient. So I returned for lunch the next day. The sandwich was first rate. The tiramisu was as good as I have ever had. I’ve found another top reason to always spend some days in Morgan Hill
