• A Morgan Hill resident reported their cell phone was stolen from their unlocked vehicle while it was parked in Tennant Station shopping center. The report was taken at 9:13pm July 20.

Grand Theft:

• A resident of Grand Prix Way reported their Chevy Silverado stolen overnight. The report was taken at 5:42am July 19.

Burglary

n A resident of the La Crosse Village Apartments reported a window of her locked Ford was broken overnight, and nothing was stolen from the vehicle. The report was taken at 7:46am July 19.

• A resident of the Vineyard Court Apartments reported their locked vehicle was broken into overnight, and a wallet, credit card and San Jose Police identification was stolen. The report was taken at 9:32am July 19.

• A resident of La Crosse Drive reported someone stole a Playstation, a DVD player and a stereo from his unlocked Chevy Silverado. The report was taken at 2:04pm July 19.

• A resident of Sword Dancer Court reported someone broke into the garage and stole several items. The report was taken at 10:34am July 20.

• A construction shed on a site at Cochrane Road and Peet Road was broken into overnight, and all the tools and supplies were stolen. The report was taken at 7:17am July 21.

• A motorhome parked in the rear of Hardware Technology on Caputo Drive was broken into overnight. The report was taken at 8:36am July 21.

Vandalism:

• A resident of Bender Circle reported a community mailbox was vandalized over-night. It was not immediately clear if mail was stolen. The report was taken at 6:20am July 19.

• A resident of Las Casas de San Pedro reported a tire on her vehicle was slashed. She also gave police the name of a possible suspect. The report was taken at 2:46pm July 21.
