• The Morgan Hill Aquatic Center on Condit Road reported someone tried to break into a soda machine but nothing was taken. The report was taken at 9:01am.
• A resident of the Madrone Mobile Estates on Burnett Avenue reported her ex-boyfriend is threatening her and was following her for several days. She told police he is threatening to physically hurt her. She also told police there was unreported violence from him in the past. The report was taken at 11:40am.
• A Morgan Hill resident reported her cell phone and wallet were stolen from her unlocked car while it was parked at Lombardo’s Doughnuts on W. Main Avenue. The report was taken at 2:58pm.
• A mail carrier reported she was delivering mail on Helene Court when a male resident exposed himself to her. The report was taken at 4:06pm.

• Tongas Coffee and Ice cream on Monterey Road reported a window of the business was broken overnight. The report was taken at 11:50am.
• A resident of the Crest Avenue Apartments reported someone broke into their vehicle overnight and stole CDs, the stereo’s face plate and the resident’s wallet. The report was taken at 6:11pm.
• A Morgan Hill resident reported a debit card and a credit card they lost were both used at the Pump ‘n Go gas station on Monterey Road. The report was taken at 6:58pm.
• A resident of Terracina Apartments reported her brother pushed her to the ground and choked her, then used an air gun to shoot her three times in the arm and rib cage. She told police her mother witnessed the attack but did nothing to stop it. The mother took the boy out to eat and left the victim home alone. The report was taken at 8:29pm.
