I agree with Victoria Battison’s opinion in the Nov. 2 edition of the Times. Chris Smith should not have been arrested. This was a harmless school prank and the Morgan Hill School District should have taken care of it. Officer Breuss should have been left in the field to handle the real criminals that day.
