It was a showdown of the two undefeated teams in the division with both teams starting this season 4-0.
The Raiders scored on their first possessions in each half.
But Mountain View played tough defense to make a game of it.
Once again the defense played stout while giving up just 46 total yards and holding the Marauders to negative one yards in the first half.
The Raiders racked up 223 yards in offense but were flagged for 50 yards in penalties.
Mountain View’s only points came on a safety. After Morgan Hill held the Marauders on the one-foot line, the offense couldn’t get out of the end zone.
The Final Raider touchdown came on a 4th and 1 at the 45-yard line with 59 seconds left in game. Mountain View stuffed the line which opened up the sweep for a score.
Jeffery Roberts led the Raider offense with 112 yards on 13 carries and one touchdown. Garret Duarte ran for 72 yards on five carries and one touchdown. James Hamblin gathered 25 yards on seven carries and a touchdown.
Mike Singleton was the leading tackler with three solo tackles and four assists. Jon Carin and Patrick Bacciarelli had three solo tackles and three assists. Conor Sutton and Jeffery Roberts both intercepted passes.

The Raiders next victim came from the north in the form of the Mountain View Marauders.
Moragn Hill dominated the game from start to finish, to go 4-0-1 in the young season.
The Raiders took the opening kick off and ran off the first six minutes and 30 seconds of the game capping a 60-yard drive with an eight yard touchdown run. And with 29 seconds left in the half, an 80 yard touchdown run erased all hope of a comeback by the Marauders.
Taking a 20-0 lead into the break, Morgan Hill never looked back.
The offense was led by Juilus Travis who scored three times while Jonah Guary scored once.
Tyler Pederson had a great game on defense making five tackles. Anthony Villerreal recorded an interception.
