• Western Technology Marketing on Digital Drive reported two buildings were “tagged” over the weekend. The report was taken at 11:23am on Nov. 15.

• Van Keulen and Van Keulen on Monterey Road reported graffiti on the business’ storage shed and garbage dumpster. The report was taken on Nov. 16 at 11:53am.

• A resident of Hidden Meadows reported someone “ripp-ed the doorbell off the wall” overnight. She told police she’s involved in an investigation and would like extra patrol checks of the area. The report was taken at 8:16am on Nov. 21.

Auto burglary:

• A Morgan Hill resident reported her locked Mitsubishi Gallant was broken into while parked on Half Road behind Live Oak High School. She said windows were shattered and her stereo was tampered with. The report was taken on Nov. 10 at 3:18pm.

n A resident of Eagle View Drive reported her locked vehicle was broken into overnight. The trunk was left open, and items were stolen from the vehicle. The report was taken at 5:59pm on Nov. 12.

• A Morgan Hill resident reported her Mercedes was broken into while parked in the Century Office Plaza parking lot on Monterey Road. The passenger side window was shattered, but she told police she was not sure what was stolen from the vehicle. The report was taken on Nov. 13 at 2:04am.

• A resident of the 18300 block of San Antonio Drive reported golf clubs, a computer, a camera, checkbook and possibly credit cards were stolen from the resident’s vehicle. The report was taken at 5:41am on Nov. 15.

• A resident of the 16700 block of Cabernet reported the resident’s unlocked Chevy Silverado was broken into overn-ight and a digital camera was stolen. The report was taken on Nov. 15 at 6:15am.

• A resident of Mira Bella Circle reported a cell phone was stolen from his unlocked Nissan. The report was taken at 7:15am on Nov. 15.

• A resident of Mira Bella Circle reported her cell phone was stolen from her unlocked Cadillac Catera. The report was taken on Nov. 15 at 6:32pm.

• A Morgan Hill resident reported her vehicle was broken into while parked at the Safeway on East Dunne Avenue. The resident told police the back window of the vehicle was shattered, and her backpack containing school books was stolen from the vehicle. The report was taken at 3:12am on Nov. 16.

• A Morgan Hill resident reported her purse was stolen three days earlier from her locked vehicle while it was parked at the Albertson’s grocery store in the Morgan Hill Plaza shopping center. The report was taken on Nov. 17 at 10:26am.

• A Morgan Hill resident reported the resident’s Lexus was broken into while it was parked at the Cinelux theaters in Tennant Station shopping center. The passenger window was shattered. The report was taken at 12:16pm on Nov. 21.

Petty theft:

n A cell phone was stolen from Live Oak High School. The report was taken on Oct. 19 at 12:30pm.

• A Specialized bicycle was stolen while it was parked outside the Hollywood Video store in the Vineyard Town Center shopping center. The report was taken at 7:22pm on Oct. 21.

• Live Oak High School reported an MP3 player stolen from a classroom during school hours. The MP3 players is valued at $250. The report was taken on Oct. 22 at 3:42pm.

CHP

Accident

• Michael Dodgin, 41, of Hollister, lost control of his 2001 Ford Explorer on Monday at 10am while trying to enter Highway 101 southbound at East Dunne Avenue. His vehicle rolled over and hit the 2000 Cadillac Seville driven by Carol Mcilwain, 56, of Fremont. Traffic lanes were closed for 20 minutes while the California Highway Patrol removed debris from the vehicle and fire personnel treated Mcilwain’s bru-ised knee. She was taken by ambulance to Saint Louise Regional Hospital in Gilroy. Dodgin was not injured. CHP Officer R. Erickson said neither drugs nor alcohol were involved though the weather was cloudy and wet. The investigation is continuing.
