Drugs

A 38-year-old man was charged with possession of cocaine for sales and possession of a controlled substance for sales at 11:21 p.m. May 8 on Third Street at Monterey Highway in Gilroy after officers found approximately 62.6 grams of methamphetamine, 8.6 grams of cocaine, a scale and a methamphetamine pipe inside his vehicle. A 31-year-old man on a bicycle was also charged with possession of .3 grams of methamphetamine at the same location.

A 32-year-old man was charged with possession of a controlled substance at 6:03 p.m. May 14 on Monterey Highway at Travel Park Circle in Gilroy after being found in possession of two white pills identified as Tramadol 50 mg.

A 51-year-old man was charged with possession of a controlled substance at 4:55 p.m. May 13 on Bloomfield Road at Bolsa Avenue in Gilroy after being found in possession of approximately 9.9 grams of methamphetamine.

Illegal lodging
<
A 62-year-old man, a 45-year-old man and a 26-year-old man refused to vacate a farm on the 400 block of Bolsa Road in Gilroy between 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. and were all charged with illegal lodging.
