Smelly and Rigged
Seems like John Valera’s appointment was preplanned and rigged all the way. These corrupt guys on the water board knew who they were going appoint way ahead of time. That was reason why John was the only candidate that brought his family to the interview. How else can you explain it? They went through the charade and appointed him. They swore him in to take office immediately after the interview while the other candidates were still seating in the audience. The other guys were not told to bring their family to the show. Go figure. It smells rigged. Another corrupt process at the water board.
