trailer on a site at Lancia and Central Avenue over the weekend.
The power lines connected to the trailer were cut. The report was

n Arrest: Amanda R. Huff, 23, was cited and released charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance. The report was taken at 8:50am.

n Vandalism: Dumpsters at Live Oak High School on East Main Avenue were set on fire, and tires of a school vehicle were punctured. The report was taken at 11:24am.

n Arrest: Yvette M. Chavez Alpers, 41, was cited and released charged with spousal abuse. The report was taken at 6:20pm.

n Arrest: Leroy L. Perry, 47, was taken to county jail charged with spousal abuse. The report was taken at 7:46pm.

November 1

n Vandalism: A window of a BMW was shattered while it was parked at Live Oak High. The report was taken at 11:41am.

n Trespassing: A Morgan Hill resident reported someone entered her rental home on Hermosa Court. She told police nothing was taken or disturbed, but the door from the hall to the garage was left open. The report was taken at 12:21pm.

n Auto burglary: A car parked at Tennant Avenue and Caputo Drive was broken into, and seven cartons were stolen. The report was taken at 1:20pm.

n Identity theft: A resident of the Acacia Mobile Home Park reported her ID was stolen and is being used to obtain a loan. She also told police it was also used to rent an apartment in Atlanta, Ga. The report was taken at 1:59pm.

n Arrest: Dave M. Kopels, 32, was cited and released charged with vandalism. The report was taken at 7:14pm.

November 2

n Identity theft: A resident of La Arboleda Way reported someone made fraudulent charges on her checking account. The report was taken at 8:16am.

n Stolen vehicle: A Lincoln Continental was reported stolen from behind the Community and Cultural Center. The report was taken at 12:06pm.

n Burglary: Warmington Homes reported a furnace was stolen from a home under construction at East Central Avenue and Lancia Drive. The report was taken at 12:11pm.

n Fraud: A resident of La Alameda reported six checks totaling $812 were written on their account. The report was taken 12:32pm.
