Are you someone who enjoys contributing to large efforts? Are you looking for a low-commitment opportunity to improve Morgan Hill? If so, come to the City Beautification Day, May 15. This is your opportunity to beautify our town.
We have an assortment of projects available from planting to trimming to picking up litter.
For individuals and families, we coordinate working groups to clean up litter on sidewalks and planter areas. For larger groups, typically organized by churches and service groups, we assign particular projects.
In the past, volunteers have dramatically improved the appearance of many civic areas.
When: 8 a.m. Saturday, May 15
Where: City Hall, 17555 Peak Ave.
What to bring: Water, gloves and sunscreen
What to eat: We’ll be having a celebratory BBQ lunch at City Hall prepared by the Morgan Hill Kiwanis after the event
