Tryouts for Orchard Valley Youth Soccer League’s 9- to
19-and-under boys and girls teams will be held in February
MORGAN HILL — Tryouts for Orchard Valley Youth Soccer League’s 9- to 19-and-under boys and girls teams will be held in February. They are open to players born between Aug. 1, 1993 and Aug. 1, 2001.
The 9- to 14-and-under boys will try out Feb. 6 and Feb. 13 at P.A. Walsh Elementary in Morgan Hill and Feb. 7 and Feb. 14 at Brownell School in Gilroy. The 9- to 14-and-under girls will take the field those same days at alternate locations; Feb. 6 and Feb. 13 at Brownell and Feb. 7 and Feb. 14 at P.A. Walsh.
Tryouts for the 15- to 19-and-under girls teams will take place Feb. 27 at Brownell and the following day at P.A. Walsh. The boys 15- to 19-and-under tryouts are scheduled for Feb. 27 at P.A. Walsh and Feb. 28 at Brownell. That weekend will also be used for make-up days for younger groups in case of rain.
