Ricardo D. Marquez, 18, 2:41 p.m. June 24, at the Morgan Hill Police station, 16200 Vineyard Blvd.

Controlled substance

April G. Schanding, 26, 11:43 a.m. June 25, at Old Monterey Road and Berkshire Drive, for being under the influence.

Kevin J. Gitmed, 25, 11:44 a.m. June 25, at Berkshire Drive and Berkshire Court, for possession of narcotics.

Animal control

A dog owned by a resident on the 15100 block of Venetian Way was running loose through the neighboring property and attacked and killed two of the neighbor’s ducks. The owner of the ducks said he was going to sell all of his ducks by the end of the year and use the proceeds to buy his children a puppy. The incident was reported 2:26 p.m. Monday.

Reckless school bus

A Morgan Hill Unified School District bus with juvenile passengers was reportedly speeding southbound on Monterey Road and ran a red light at Dunne Avenue about 3:50 p.m. Monday.
