Most roads are faring well as the California Highway Patrol has not had any official reports of flooding. The Santa Clara County roads hotline did not report any closures either.

During the last few days, the impacts of the downpour can be seen in the nearby Llagas Creek, which runs through west Morgan Hill, as the creek nearly reached its historic record high. The creek topped the charts at 10 feet – just shy of the 11.4 foot record – and experienced peak flows in some areas, according to the National Weather Service.
The NWS sent out an urban and small stream flooding warning, urging residents to be mindful of nearby creeks and small water sources that might exceed their limits.
It appears that Morgan Hill is not out of the clouds yet, as the NWS predicts a small amount of showers for the latter half of Christmas Day – about another 0.5 inches of precipitation. The remainder of the storm will taper off by Wednesday morning. After Wednesday, things will finally dry up as the NWS reports blue skies the rest of the week.
