Haunted Graveyard creators Bob Johnston and Scott Janssen are back to once again convert Lassen Way in Morgan Hill into a delightfully frightful display of horror and offer free admission to the public.
“Hundreds of brave souls will visit the Haunted Graveyard as it becomes ‘undead’ on Halloween night,” reads a press release about the one-night-only haunting from Johnston.
The Haunted Graveyard features many unique and special effects, including a thunder and lightning storm, creaking graveyard gates, wisecracking skulls, corpses escaping their coffins and graves, tombstones that shift and shake, ghosts, gargoyles, bats, skeletons, special lighting and sound effects. This Halloween at Lassen Way, be on the lookout for talkative skeletons rising out of their graves to tell you a joke or two.
The Terror on Lassen Way is easily found in Morgan Hill by traveling west on Watsonville Road from Monterey Road. Turn left onto Venetian Way and stay to the right. The entrance to Terror on Lassen Way’s Haunted Graveyard will be on the left.
This Haunted Graveyard will be open only on Halloween night, Oct. 31 from 6:30-9:30pm (weather permitting). Donations will be accepted for Abode Services and the Bay Area Ridge Trail Council.
