Live Oak’s Tiffany Moore races safely to first during their game Tuesday against Leland.

Sophomore catcher Tiffany Moore had three doubles among her four hits and knocked in five runs to lead Live Oak High’s softball team to an 11-8 victory at Branham on Monday.

Sophomore shortstop Bre Sabala scored four runs for the Acorns.

Live Oak starter Rachel Ditta was the winning pitcher, and Maison Lewis pitched a scoreless seventh inning to preserve the win.

Acorns coach Ron Lowery also praised the defense of senior center fielder Khailyn Neumayer.
