violation, smelled the odor of marijuana and found 35.3 grams of
marijuana, four THC brownies and two THC peanut butter cookies.

Under the influence of a controlled substance
Annelyce Boscacci, 47, and William Gerald Weddingfeld, 44, both of Gilroy, 10:52 p.m. Sunday, near Monterey and Howson streets. Boscacci was also arrested for failing to update her address with a narcotics registration database.
Eric Flanigan, 45, of Pacifica, 10:34 p.m. March 2, on the 23700 block of McKean Road in Morgan Hill for possession of methamphetamine and being under the influence of a controlled substance.

The walls inside a vacant house were tagged with graffiti and a destroyed hose left the floor flooded, causing $7,000 in damage, on the 11400 block Olivia Court, between 12 p.m. Feb. 19 and 2:54 p.m. March. 1.
