Rape

• A resident of the Morgan Hill Apartments reported a 21-year-old female had sex with the resident’s 17-year-old son and claims she has a child from the encounter. The resident wants to charge the 21-year-old with rape. The report was taken Sept. 15 at 4:20pm.

Stolen vehicle:

• Autoworks/Made in Japan on Church Street reported a Daewoo Nubria was stolen from the business. The report was taken on Sept. 28 at 12:28pm.
