Motorists traveling on Pachedco Pass Highway east of Gilroy can expect delays of 10 to 15 minutes throughout the week while Caltrans crews “winterize” the road.

All work on the road will begin at 9 a.m. and end at 3 p.m. in an effort to avoid rush-hour delays, according to Caltrans.

The work will take up a 25-mile stretch of Highway 152 beginning just east of U.S. 101 and ending at the Merced County line at San Luis Reservoir.
