Paul Hideo Yokoi, passed away March 14, 2009 at 89 years of age. Born in Sacramento, CA, he was a U.S. Army veteran, who served with the 100th/442nd Regimental Combat Team. He retired after 50 years with Driscoll Berry Farms and served as Quartermaster for local VFW Post 4112 for over 50 years. Paul was dedicated service to community and loving support for family. He is survived by his wife Yoshie (60 years of marriage), children: Patty, Bruce, Nancy (Howard) and Elinor, grandchildren Michael (Linda), Paul and Gina, and great-grandchild Emiko. Private funeral service was held at the San Jose Buddhist Temple. Family and friends are invited to attend the memorial service on May 2, 2009, 3:00 P.M., at the Morgan Hill Buddhist Community Center. Arrangements by Willow Glen Funeral Home.

Age 80, passed away suddenly of unknown causes while engaging in what she so enjoyed: hiking. Emelie was a member of the Santa Clara County Audubon Society and the Companion of the Trail Hiking Group. An avid bird watcher and talented artist, Emelie will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. She is preceded in death by her husband, William Curtis. Survived by her children: Christine Crozier of Gottingen, Germany, Brian Curtis of Morgan Hill, Bruce Curtis of Valley Springs, CA and four grandchildren. A memorial service is scheduled for Sunday, August 2, 2009, 11:00 A.M. at the Johnson Funeral Home in Morgan Hill. Donations in her memory to your favorite charity.

Passed Away in Hollister, CA on 9/20/09 after a brief illness at the age of 85. Arlene was a native of Howard SD, lived in Rancho Corodva,CA for 34 years. She lived in Hollister, CA with her daughter for the past 5 years. She is preceded by her husband Earl Gray Jr., sisters Beverly Pederson, Nancy Farotte and brother Perry Pederson. Surviving are her children Kent and Earl GrayIII, Karen Tankersley and Brenda Waite. Six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was a very passionate and giving person with a loving heart. She was a homemaker for over 50 years. She started out with the telepone co. in Tacoma, WA as a very young girl. She loved the spring and fall seasons for all the colorful flowers.
