Leonard Paul Dauberg, 91, passed away on Saturday, December 30, 2006. Leonard was a life-long resident of Morgan Hill, CA and was preceded in death by his parents, Louis Dauberg and Anna (Eskildsen-Harris) Dauberg, and by his loving wife, June Claire Dauberg. He is survived by his two children and their spouses, Gary (Marilyn) Dauberg and Paula (John) Schwartz. He also leaves behind seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Leonard touched the hearts of many. He raised prunes and chickens in Madrone, was a superintendent for Sunsweet for 16 years, then went into real estate for another 30 years before retiring. He enjoyed golf, camping, traveling, music, dancing and his family and many friends.
He was active in the Masonic Lodge #463, SIRS, and was a member of the Gilroy Golf Club. He was also a trustee of the Morgan Hill-Burnett School District.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2007 at 1:00 pm at Johnson Funeral Home, 17720 Monterey Street in Morgan Hill.
