Congressman Richard Pombo will be up for re-election next year, but his Morgan Hill constituents know very little about how he has represented our interests so far in his term.
How will voters become informed on his record? Not from reading the “Dispatch” or “Mercury News”: those papers don’t cover him because residents north and south of us are represented by different congressmen.
Morgan Hill residents’ only hope is that our local newspaper, “The Times,” regularly informs us about the votes of Rep. Pombo, R-Stockton. I hope you will accept this responsibility to educate voters on a matter of some importance to our community.
