The Santa Clara County’s Office of Women’s Policy and Programs, the Commission on The Status of Women and the International Museum of Women are sponsoring an art exhibit on women’s issues at the Santa Clara County Government Building Lobby, 70 West Hedding, in San Jose.

The exhibit contains artwork and written dialogue, along with an interactive multi- media kiosk that previews the project. The exhibit’s only South Bay showing runs through Aug. 30 and reaches out to a new generation of women – the 1 billion women in their 20s and 30’s – and answers the question “What defines your generation?”

The Office of Women’s Policy and Planning (Formerly known as the Women’s Advocacy Office) will take this opportunity to introduce its new name and will be available to the public to present key initiatives for the year.
