Instead of discarding last year’s jacket that your child has outgrown, this holiday season you can donate it to help a child in need to stay warm this winter.

The Morgan Hill Police Officers Association and the Lori Escobar El Toro Youth Center/Catholic Charities are accepting donations for new and gently used winter jackets and coats for children of all ages.

Donations will be accepted until Dec. 14 at the following locations:

-Morgan Hill Police Department, 16200 Vineyard Blvd.

-Lori Escobar El Toro Youth Center, 17620 Crest Ave.

-TJ Maxx, 401 Vineyard Blvd.

-Mama Mia’s restaurant, 275 East Dunne Ave.

-Rocca’s Market, 13335 Monterey Highway

-Coldwell Banker, 950 Tennant Station

-Ponzini’s Community Garage, 19190 Monterey Road
