Dorothy passed away in Gilroy at the age of 95. She was born in Shelby, MT, but moved to Troy, MT as a young child where her parents homesteaded 160 acres. She was raised in a log cabin with six siblings. She put herself through school and earned a BA degree. After many years as a secretary, Dorothy became a teacher. She taught school until retirement. She loved to travel and saw a lot of the world. She also loved horses, the outdoors, and the water. She is survived by her son, Charles (Susan) Albertson of San Martin; her son Forrest (Nancy) Albertson of Goose Creek, SC; and daughter, Katie (Joe) Aiello of Morgan Hill. She also leaves behind eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. A private interment will take place in Montana.
