After a week of competing at the Santa Clara County Fair, members of Sobrato High School’s Future Farmers of America program not only proved they had some of the best animals at the fair, but also that they knew a thing or two about showmanship.
From July 28 to Aug. 4, Sobrato students showed small and large animals in market competitions and were also judged on how well they presented and controlled their farm animals. Here are the results:
