A Sept. 22 front-page story about the Morgan Hill Redevelopment Agency approving the construction of two sports fields on Condit Road incorrectly stated that the agency is recommending its funds be used to complete a sports complex that that would include them. Funding to finish the project has not been identified yet.
The article also gave the wrong cost recovery percentage for the fields. The city has not yet determined how much cost return it will receive from leasing the fields to California Youth Soccer Association and the public.
The Times makes a concerted effort to ensure fair and accurate reporting, but errors do occur. It’s our policy to acknowledge and correct significant errors promptly.
