Mount Madonna School’s 14-student senior class interviewed legendary filmmaker George Lucas May 16 at his Big Rock Ranch in Marin County.
The class was invited to interview Lucas after he learned earlier this year of their involvement with Project Happiness and the Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama and in particular, of an insightful piece of writing by student LUKE SANDERS-SELF, titled “Star Wars and the Dalai Lama.” Luke’s writing caught the eye of “Edutopia,” a publication of the nonprofit George Lucas Educational Foundation.
