No matter your level of affection for fruits and vegetables, a fresh assortment is vying for attention every Saturday at the downtown Morgan Hill Farmers’ Market along Depot Street and down Third Street Promenade. Last week, the market offered cherries, strawberries, summer squash, oranges, Asian vegetables like green garlic and broccoli, fresh cut flowers, baked goods and more. The Morgan Hill Farmers’ Market is approved by the Santa Clara County Agricultural Commissioner where farmers offer for sale only those fruits and vegetables they grow themselves. The market is open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. every Saturday through Dec. 17, rain or shine.
