’s Cobbie Jones made her move last weekend. Running in her best
event – the 800, Jones was back in the pack with 200 meters to go
before stepping on the gas to pass several runners and take fourth
overall in 2:12.72. This was Jones’ second year at prestigious
event and offered her a gauge on h
er progress, LO coach Dean Raymond said.
