Have you ever seen a dog actually rescue a stranded swimmer in a lake? Would you like to see some ferrets play and act really silly? Would you like to learn more about your own pet?
Then tune in at 7pm Friday, Aug. 12, to see Dr. Pete’s Petpourri on Morgan Hill’s own public access television station, Cable Channel 19.
Petpourri is a show about animals of all kinds, and features stories about health care, nutrition and medical care for pets.
Your host, Dr. Pete Keesling, has brought together a group of talented local people to produce a very entertaining 30 minutes of television. Keesling is a veterinarian well-known for his media work with PBS affiliate KTEH Channel 54 in San Jose, and also as a columnist for the Morgan Hill Times and Gilroy Dispatch.
Dr. Pete’s Petpourri promises to be an informative and entertaining half-hour of fun. This will be the first in a series of programs by him.
Be sure to tune in Friday, Aug. 12 at 7pm on MHAT Cable Channel 19.
Blush Boutique in Morgan Hill hosts back-to-school fashion show
Don’t miss the latest in designer fall fashions! Blush Boutique, Morgan Hill’s hot new retailer for women’s clothing and accessories, announces its “Back to School” fashion show, to be held Friday, Aug. 26.
The free event will be held at the Morgan Hill Playhouse, located at 17000 Monterey Road in downtown Morgan Hill.
Refreshments will be served at 7:30pm, followed by the fashion show at 8pm.
Blush Boutique opened its doors for business in April, 2005, and has been wildly popular with local shoppers.
“We have been overwhelmed with the community’s response to the store. Women are thrilled to find this quality of clothing in Morgan Hill,” stated store owner Victoria Herrera.
Blush, located at 17490 Monterey Road in downtown Morgan Hill, is open Monday-Saturday from 11-7.
Event partners include Vintage Pear, The Goddess Bead Shop, Ciao Bella Salon, and Morgan Hill Web Works.
