student, were honored with

Outstanding Student Achievement Awards

March 10 by Rotary Club of Morgan Hill.
Four Morgan Hill students, each chosen by their school as top student, were honored with “Outstanding Student Achievement Awards” March 10 by Rotary Club of Morgan Hill. Rotary presented each student with a U.S. Saving Bond for their future education and an achievement certificate, and also recognized their parents and school officials at a luncheon ceremony.

The honored were: Marina Bireley, El Toro Elementary School; Cameron Kim, Jackson Elementary School; Kaden Foster, Paradise Valley Elementary School; and Emily Osborne, Los Paseos Elementary School.

The awards recognize and reward outstanding student achievement as exemplified by academic performance, individual leadership, commitment to community and overall commitment to excellence.

All public and private Morgan Hill schools have the opportunity to annually select one outstanding student for the honor. Awards are announced on a rotating basis throughout the year.

The recognition program of the Rotary Club of Morgan Hill is a part of its ongoing commitment to serve the youth of the community.
