Martha Blanco Ponce passed away November 8, 2006, at Grover Beach, after a long bout with cancer. Martha was a long-time resident of Gilroy.
She is survived by her husband, Joe Ponce, brothers and sisters and their spouses; Tony & Gloria Adame of Los Banos, Daniel Blanco of Grover Beach, and Richard Blanco of San Luis Obispo.
She was preceded in death by her brothers: Larry Blanco, Jesse Blanco, and daughter Melissa Turner of Grover Beach.
She is survived by her sisters: Mercy & Damacio Molina of San Juan Bautista, Yolanda and Ramon Betancourt, Rosemarie & Wade Berry of Gilroy, Maggie & Ross Cruz, Mary & Sam Siador of San Jose, also her children: Lori, Ignacia, Pauline, Joe Jr., Atreyu, adopted grandchildren: Isaac, Angel, Elena, Brittany, Gina, and Zealia.
She leaves behind many nieces and nephews.
Funeral service to take place on Friday, November 17, 10:00 am, Marshall Spoo, Sunset Funeral Chapel, 1239 Longbranch Ave., Grover Beach, CA.
