The Sierra LaMar Search Center has moved to Central High School in Morgan Hill, according to Sierra’s family and volunteers who continue to search for any sign of the missing teen’s whereabouts.

Central High School is located at 17960 Monterey Road. The volunteer search headquarters moved there from its previous location at Burnett Elementary School.

Volunteers and Sierra’s family continue to search for Sierra, who vanished from her Morgan Hill home at the age of 15 March 16, 2012. Searches continue every Saturday morning.

Police think she was kidnapped while walking to her usual school bus stop near the intersection of Palm and Dougherty avenues.

Sierra was a sophomore at Sobrato High School at the time of her disappearance.

Antolin Garcia Torres, 22 of Morgan Hill, was arrested by Santa Clara County Sheriff’s deputies May 21 for his alleged involvement in Sierra’s disappearance. Investigators think Garcia Torres kidnapped and killed Sierra, though her remains have not been found.

Garcia Torres remains in custody in County Jail. His next court appearance, scheduled as a plea hearing, is set for June 27 at the Hall of Justice in San Jose.

Garcia Torres also faces charges related to three unrelated attempted assaults in the parking lots of Safeway grocery stores in Morgan Hill in March 2009. In those incidents, he is accused of approaching three different women at different times as they walked from the store to their parked vehicles, and entering the cars with the women and attempting to assault them.
