- Morgan Hill Apartment Trailers, Monterey Road, 2:09 p.m. A storage shed at the site was broken into over the weekend. A cordless drill kit and a bicycle were stolen.
Auto burglary
- Ironwood Communications, Technology Drive, 2:46 p.m. Someone broke the lock of the camper on a company truck over the weekend. Tools and a speaker amplifier for a computer system were stolen.
Stolen vehicle
- La Baree Drive, 11:29 p.m. Suspects tried to steal a Toyota pickup from the residence, but a neighbor interrupted them and they drove off in another vehicle. The owner told police the suspects popped the locks, dismantled the steering column and "tore up" the ignition.

- Greg W. Westfall, 44, July 26, 1:14 a.m. on Depot Street, on suspicion of driving under the influence.
- Armando C. Ruiz, 46, July 26, 10:06 p.m. on Monterey Road, on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.
- Dane A. Rasmussen, 20, July 30, 12:25 a.m. on Calle Caballera, for alleged possession of marijuana.
- James R. Brown, 45, Aug. 1, 10:41 a.m. on Monterey Road, on an outstanding warrant.
- Jess D. Swift, 40, Aug. 2, 2:13 a.m. on East Dunne Avenue, on suspicion of driving under the influence.
- Jose R. A. Reyes, 22, Aug. 2, 11:44 p.m. on Cosmo Avenue, for alleged counterfeit of a registered mark.
- Janel D. Jones, 45, Aug. 6, 3:22 a.m. on Monterey Road, on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.
- A 15-year-old, Aug. 7, 7:53 p.m. on Hale Avenue, for alleged possession of a controlled substance.

- A 15-year-old, Aug. 13, 6:42 p.m. on Church Street, for alleged contempt of court.
- Miguel A. Garcia, 27, Aug. 14, 7:55 p.m. on Jasmine Way, for alleged possession of a controlled substance.
