Police Blotter: Suspect threatens family

July 1
Malicious phone calls

- Grand Prix Way, 12:09 p.m. A resident reported a male suspect has threatened to shoot the family in the past, and today he called and said the family better move out of their house or else.

Battery

- Paradise Park, La Crosse Drive, 4:54 p.m. A woman reported her son, a 14-year-old, was in a fistfight earlier in the day in the park, and his nose was broken during the fight.

Petty theft

- Lindo Lane, 7:58 p.m. A man reported his wife's cell phone was stolen. He told police he was sending text messages to the phone to negotiate a fee for the phone's return.



July 2
Burglary

- Britton Middle School, West Central Avenue, 6:35 a.m. The school's auditorium was broken into, and fire extinguishers were set off inside.



July 3
Auto burglary

- East Main Avenue, 12:13 a.m. An SUV was broken into while parked on the side of the road. A window was shattered, and a wakeboard and equipment were stolen from it.

Threats

- Wright Avenue, 8:43 a.m. A woman reported two girls came to her home and threatened to beat her up if she doesn't pay them $60. She said they told her they would be back at 12:30 p.m. She told officers she knows where they live, their first names and that one of them is approximately 26 years old and the other is 34 or 35 years old.

- Kevin J. Fiefield, 57, June 7, 8:50 p.m. on Oak Leaf Drive, on suspicion of being drunk in public.

- A 17-year-old, June 12, 1:50 a.m. on Butterfield Boulevard, for allegedly having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle.

- Lexie A. McClain, 44, June 12, 3:41 p.m. on Monterey Road, for alleged hit and run.

- Two 15-year-olds, June 12, 7:10 p.m. at Vineyard Town Center, for alleged commercial burglary.

- A 17-year-old, June 13, 2:23 a.m. on Tennant Avenue, for allegedly being a minor in possession of alcohol in a vehicle.

- Mark Wilcox, 33, June 14, 1:53 a.m. in Tennant Station shopping center, on suspicion of being drunk in public.

- Theodore C. Lopez, Jr., 34, June 14, 6:10 p.m. on East Main Avenue, on an outstanding warrant.

- Jose H. Jimenez, 35, June 17, 12:04 a.m. on Manor Court, for alleged loitering.

- Barry A. Bozarth, 37, June 17, 9:29 p.m. on Encino Drive, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

- Neil A. Parr, 21, June 18, 1:39 a.m. on Monterey Road, on an outstanding warrant.

- Savannah Sarginson, 19, June 18, 2:08 a.m. on Cochrane Road, for alleged possession of an open container of alcohol or marijuana while driving.

- Daniel J. Kamerman, 21, June 18, 10:20 .m. on La Alameda , for alleged possession of an open container of alcohol or marijuana while driving.

- Paul J. Machado, 21, June 18, 10:20 p.m. on La Alameda, for alleged possession of marijuana.

- Juan Manuel Longoria, 21, June 18, 10:20 p.m. on La Alameda, on an outstanding warrant.

- David G. Souza, 48, June 19, 11:11 p.m. on Carriage Drive, on suspicion of being drunk in public.

- Suraya V. Townsend, 18, June 20, 6:32 p.m. on Cochrane Road, for alleged embezzlement.

- Maria C. Renteria, 29, June 20, 8:51 p.m. on East Fourth Street, for alleged possession of a forged check or money order.

- Amanda Gutierrez, 23, June 20, 9:11 p.m. on East Dunne Avenue, on an outstanding warrant.

- Edwin E. Lausten, 45, June 20, 11:52 p.m. on San Martin Avenue, on an outstanding warrant.

- Richard A. Ceraolo, II, 23, June 21, 2:01 a.m. on Monterey Road, on suspicion of being drunk in public.

- Joseph P. Save, 23, June 21, 2:11 a.m. on Monterey Road, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

- Three 15-year-olds and one 16-year-old, June 21, 5:41 a.m. in Diana Park, for violation of curfew.

- Kyle S. Quibelan, 23, June 23, 4:33 p.m. on Vineyard Boulevard, for alleged false imprisonment.

- Oscar C. Gomez, 20, June 25, 3:51 a.m. on Monterey Road, for alleged auto theft.

- A 16-year-old and a 17-year-old, June 25, 7:27 p.m. on Denali Drive, for alleged battery.
