Jaime Arellano Gallegos, 29, of San Francisco, 5:30 p.m. Sunday, on the 17500 block of Condit Road in Morgan Hill.

Daniel Rodriguez Gonzalez, 35, of Morgan Hill, 2:10 a.m. Sunday, near Monterey Highway and Howson Street.

Possession of a stolen vehicle

Mario Santiago, 29, of Gilroy, 9 a.m. June 24, on the 8300 block of Glenwood Drive.

Michael Christopher Hammond, 41, of Cave Junction, 12:32 a.m. Sunday, near Pacheco Pass Highway and Camino Arroyo.

Under the influence of a controlled substance

Jeena Watson, 34, of Cave Junction, 12:32 a.m. Sunday, near Pacheco Pass Highway and Camino Arroyo.

Possession of methamphetamine

Pedro Torres, 31, of San Martin, 2:42 a.m. June 23, near Monterey Road and Cosmo Avenue in Morgan Hill for possession of methamphetamine and parole hold.

Possession of stolen property

Antonio Perez Espinoza, 29, of Gilroy, 4:45 a.m. June 24, near El Matador Drive and Campisi Court for possession of stolen property, possession of burglary tools and prowling.

Mario Manuel Santiago, 29, of Gilroy, 4:45 a.m. June 24, near El Matador Drive and Campisi Court for possession of stolen property, possession of burglary tools and prowling.

Water shut off


Several tenants of a residence on the 13500 block of Harding Avenue in San Martin reported that their landlord had shut their water off for several days and could not be contacted, 5:43 p.m. June 25.

Vehicle arson

A 2008 dark green Honda Pilot was intentionally set on fire, between 11:45 p.m. June 24 and 12:09 a.m. June 25, on the 500 block of Peebles Avenue in Morgan Hill.

Residential burglary

The door of a residence near San Felipe Road and Highway 152 was kicked in, causing $1,500 in damage, between 5 p.m. June 22 and 7:47 p.m. June 24. The receiver to a portable phone, valued at $50, was stolen.

A rock was thrown through a window of a residence on the 1000 block of San Felipe Road while the owner was in the process of moving into the home, between 1 p.m. June 22 and 11 a.m. June 23.

Burglary

The Garlic Shoppe on the 4300 block of Monterey Highway was broken into and bottles of olive oil were broken, spilling oil all over the floor, between 6 p.m. June 23 and 9 a.m. June 24. Nothing was taken.

Several spools of copper wire, valued at $30,000, and an aluminum pipe were stolen from a warehouse near Uvas and Watsonville roads in Morgan Hill, between 9 a.m. June 22 and 9:15 a.m. June 23.

Vandalism

The side of a 2002 black Lincoln Blackwood was keyed, between 7 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. June 24, on the 540 block of Live Oak Avenue in Morgan Hill.

Forgery

Two people bought four birds and a birdcage for $1,813.19 with a bad check, between 3 p.m. April 18 and 12 p.m. April 30, on the 15000 block of Lopez Court in San Martin. The account associated with the check had been closed since August 28, 2006.
