May 2
Auto burglary

- Nordstrom Elementary School, East Dunne Avenue, 6:48 p.m. A purse was stolen from the trunk of a car parked at the school.



May 3
Auto burglary

- Taylor Avenue, 12:47 a.m. A resident reported two males breaking into a Honda Accord in the area.

- Countryside Villas, Venetian Way, 7:28 p.m. A resident reported two vehicles in the area were broken into.

Vandalism

- Rose Lane, 1:02 a.m. A resident reported a vehicle was vandalized.

- Monterey Road, 1:19 a.m. A Toyota Corolla was vandalized. Two windows were shattered, but nothing was stolen from the vehicle.

Grand theft

- Woodland Estates Mobile Home Park, Cherry Court, 7:29 a.m. A resident reported he met someone the day before and let her stay at his home. She left after a disagreement the next morning, and he noticed cash, a violin and other items missing.

Fraud

- Birch Way, 8:28 a.m. A resident reported his ex-girlfriend has been fraudulently withdrawing money from his band account and credit cards.

Auto burglary

- Venetian Way, 12:58 p.m. A resident reported a motorhome was broken into.



May 5
Vandalism

- Terracina Apartments, East Dunne Avenue, 6:53 a.m. A Toyota Tacoma was vandalized overnight. A window was shattered, but nothing was stolen from the vehicle.

Auto burglary

- Peak Avenue, 12:39 p.m. A resident reported a wallet and portable DVD player were stolen from a Toyota Highlander which may not have been locked.



May 6
Stolen vehicle

- Sorrel Way, 4:23 a.m. A resident reported his Honda Civic was stolen overnight.

Auto burglary

- Mathilda Court, 7:49 a.m. A resident first reported her Honda Accord had been stolen overnight, but later found it in a different parking lot. The stereo and the speakers were stolen from the Honda.

- Robert N. Torres, 35, April 15, 10:54 a.m. on Monterey Road, for alleged possession of marijuana.

- A 12-year-old, a 13-year-old and a 14-year-old, April 15, 11 a.m. at Nordstrom Elementary School, for alleged vandalism.

- A 15-year-old, April 21, 4:21 a.m. at Live Oak High School, for alleged battery.

- A 16-year-old, April 23, 5:35 p.m. on Monterey Road, for alleged possession of an illegal weapon.

- Michael G. Garcia, 39, April 24, 10:23 a.m. Monterey Road, on an outstanding warrant.

- James A. Geraldo, 45, April 24, 10:23 a.m. on Monterey Road, on an outstanding warrant.

- Thomas Gonzalez, 49, April 25, 6:08 p.m. on Monterey Road, on an outstanding warrant.

- Scott J. Helf, 21, April 25, 4:32 p.m. Walnut Grove Drive, on an outstanding warrant.

- Erik Joyce, 22, April 26, 4:28 p.m. on Hale Avenue, on an outstanding warrant.

- Pamela C. Escudero, 48, April 26, 7:58 p.m. on Monterey Road, on suspicion of being drunk in public.

- A 15-year-old, April 29, 11 a.m. at Live Oak High School, for alleged possession of marijuana.

- Jorge A. Santiz, 25, April 30, 9:23 p.m. on Monterey Road, on suspicion of driving under the influence.

- Kathryn L. St. Clair, 42, May 2, 2:47 a.m. on Burnett Avenue, on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.

- Ruben R. Trujillo, 46, May 2, 7:34 p.m. on Third Street, on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.

- Mario J. Castro, 21, May 3, 11:27 a.m. on Butterfield Boulevard, for alleged domestic violence.

- William A. Sandoval, 41, May 4, midnight on Condit Road, on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.

- Elber N. Garcia-Gallardo, 33, May 4, 11:29 a.m. on Condit Road, on an outstanding warrant.
